What can I get for £200?
A small, focused tool that does one job well. For example a quote calculator on your website, a simple booking form with email confirmations, or a digital checklist. Bigger tools cost more, and you always get a fixed price first.
How long does it take?
Most small tools are ready in about a week. I show you a working version early, so you can try it and ask for changes before it goes live.
Do I need to buy any software or licences?
Usually not. Tools run in a web browser on your phone or computer, so there is nothing to install. If hosting or a paid service is needed (like card payments), I tell you the cost up front.
Will it work with what I already use?
Often, yes. Things like Google Sheets, Gmail, Stripe, Xero, WhatsApp and calendar apps can usually be connected. Tell me what you use and I will tell you straight if it is possible.
What if something breaks later?
You get 30 days of fixes included. After that you can pay for changes when you need them, or add a small monthly support plan.
Who owns it?
You do. It is built for your business and the data in it belongs to you.
